Meet Obie!

Obie is a gentle senior dog in search of a loving forever home. Despite his age, Obie has a heart full of love to give and a strong desire for human companionship. This sweet old guy thrives on attention and is a true cuddle bug, making him an ideal companion for someone seeking a loyal and affectionate furry friend. While Obie may be older, he is still quite spry and energetic, but he can be strong on the leash during walks. He’s more than willing to join you on leisurely strolls, and he’d make a wonderful partner for someone looking to enjoy the outdoors. Obie is selective when it comes to his canine companions. He gets along best with larger female dogs, but can be reactive towards other dogs. It’s important to provide him with the space and management he needs to feel comfortable and secure. One thing to note is that Obie has a strong prey drive and would not be a good fit for a home with small animals, such as cats or rabbits.
