Meet Slash! Slash is a sweet guinea pig with a shy but friendly disposition. He may be a little nervous at first, but once he gets to know you, he warms up quickly.

He loves cuddling up in cozy hideouts and munching on fresh veggies! If you have a space in your house to make fun tunnels and hiding huts in, this guinea pig is for you. Are you searching for a handsome guinea pig who’ll be the perfect little buddy? Then Slash could be the match for you. With his big personality, veggie obsession, and curious nature he’ll be a joy to have around. He can be a bit nervous of handling and being picked up at first but gain his trust and you’ll have a fast friend. Slash previously lived with another male guinea pig but they tended to fight so he is enjoying the solo life. We’re not sure if he could live with another male pig or not but guinea pigs are generally social creatures.

1. Visit our center to meet this pet, learn more about their ideal match and apply to adopt in person; or 2. Submit an online application via email https://spca.bc.ca/wp-content/uploads/BC_SPCA_Rabbit_Matching_Survey.pdf and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit!
