Meet Hudson
Meet Hudson! Hudson is an adorable and curious baby rabbit who was brought to the SPCA when she was found wandering alone in an alleyway. She was given an exam and then she went into foster. This is what her foster had to say about her;
“Last Thursday she let me pet her for a long time and since then she comes up for daily interaction where I can gently touch her face and back for 10+ minutes. I held her yesterday while petting her and she did not mind. She likes to escape from her pen and explore the apartment but is very good about going back to her litter area when she needs to.
This rabbit will be perfect for anyone looking for an interactive and fun addition to their home.”
Hudson is looking for a quiet home where she can settle in and feel comfortable around her humans while she learns and grows. She would do best in a home with no young children but may be open to having other furry family members. Hudson is currently in foster waiting patiently for her forever family to apply for her.
Here are some notes from her current foster:
1. Hudson is a young , very agile and active rabbit . She loves running around and a family with either a small garden and larger space will fit her most .
2. She loves green leaves and eat a large cup every day . She loves berries such as blueberries and bananas and feed her berries as a treat every night before bed time .
3. For some reasons , she loves looking out from windows. Every night she spends hours sitting in front of our windows and looks out from there .
4. She loves companionship , and being pad on her back and her little head but she does not like to be picked up .
5. She runs fast and jumps really high so extra caution to prevent her from running free .
6 . Elsewhere , she is toilet trained and well behaved , except for her love of chewing of cardboards, books and sometimes plastics .
7. She is extremely curious and explorative . She can go anywhere to explore new spaces and new objects so rabbit proofing is important..
