Meet Nana
Nana is a friendly and outgoing girl who came to the SPCA from a home with over 50 cats and kittens which was too many for their owner to properly care for. Nana has a very matronly personality and loved to look after the young kittens in the home which isn’t surprising considering she had multiple litters herself. She is now spayed though and can really start enjoying her life in a new home.
Nana loves people and is a very friendly girl who enjoys meeting everyone. She would likely be okay with children who know how to be respectful of cats and read their body language. She may be fine with other animals with proper, slow introductions but after living with sooo many cats before she may also be happy to be the only cat in the home and get absolutely spoiled. She can be a bit growly with new cats at first and will put them in their place if she is feeling sassy. She is used to being an indoor only cat and will make a great companion in any home. Could you be Nana’s fur-ever family?
An adoption counseling session with our Adoption Staff is necessary before adopting any animal.
