Meet Wong Wong!

Wong Wong came into our care after his family had to move, and he is now looking for his furever home. Wong Wong is a very intelligent boy and knows basic commands. He loves going on long walks and enjoys playing fetch, although he might not bring the ball back sometimes. Wong Wong can be nervous with new people and reactive when people are passing by, but he is very friendly and loving once he learns to trust you.

Wong Wong’s ideal home is with a family who is experienced with Shepherd breeds and can take him out on adventures. This pup has a lot of energy and will need a human who can provide him with both physically and mentally stimulating activities to keep him happy. Wong Wong can be reactive to other dogs, especially small dogs. With a proper introduction and management, he can walk alongside another dog with no issues. Ideally Wong Wong would go to a home without any resident dogs.

1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during adoption viewings Friday to Tuesday noon to 3pm, learn more about their ideal match, and apply to adopt in person; or

2.) Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.
