This goofy boy loves to keep busy and is eager to learn, he can’t wait to live a life of adventure with you! He loves people, and is very smart but would do best in an adult-oriented home as he is easily excited and can get quite mouthy. Because of this, we have introduced muzzle training into his regime so when we go out for walks, he can focus on his surroundings and enjoying himself to the fullest.

Berkley has made huge improvements with his poor manners since coming into our care, and will benefit from continued basic training, as well as food puzzles and other fun games to prevent him from getting bored.

Berkley has made some doggy girlfriends during his stay with us, but can be selective with friends so he will need slow introductions to new dogs.

We are looking for an energetic owner that has time and endless love to spare to help Berkley live his best life!

An AnimalKind trainer could also be beneficial to help get Berkley to be his best self and learn how to control his less-desirable habits when he’s feeling too excited or overstimulated with his surroundings
