Meet Eve *pending Adoption!*
This little lady, is ready to make her way into your home and wiggle her way into your heart the same way the robot who shares her namesake wiggled her way into Wall-E’s! <3 This sweet young pup, came to us with her three siblings and her mother a few months ago, and was diagnosed with a broken hind leg, after spending lots of time in a loving foster home, this little girl is finally ready to go into her 'fur'ever home! Because of her injury she will need a little bit more physio, so any potential adopters will need to be prepared to keep her busy puppy brain busy, as currently she is just limited to short walks, and daily stretches while she rebuilds the muscle she lost whilst in a cast, this will be very important to ensure her best success in the future! Eve is one of the sweetest dogs you'll meet, she hasn't met a person or another dog she hasn't fallen in love with! She is also a super busy and smart puppy, so future adopters should be sure to stock up on fun puzzles and treat dispensing toys to help get her brain working, and once she is fully recovered from her old injury a person who wants a dog that they could work, whether it be scent work, or dock diving, agility, or competitive obedience might just find the perfect partner in this smart pup. She is very food motivated, which makes her very trainable! Eve like many puppies will need continued work on her house training, basic obedience and socialization! If you are interested in meeting her or applying please follow the steps below: 1. Visit our centre https://spca.bc.ca/locations/north-cariboo/ to meet this pet, learn more about their ideal match and apply to adopt in person; 2. Submit an online application down below and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions, we will only be contacting potential adopters to further review their interest.
