Alice is a very gentle soul and is sweet as pie!! looking for her furever home with people who will only love her and her only.

Alice came to us with 9 other dogs, and is really showing us her personality. This sweet little lady was previously an outdoor dog, but is really loving the indoors and all the benefits that come with it! She loves to snuggle, be held, hugged and be center of attention!!

Alice does have a tendency to guard her food from others dogs and guard their food so she can have it all for her self. Alice is good with people touching her food dish and she loves a good kong. We don’t know how she will respond with cat and smaller animals, however a dog savvy cat may be okay with proper introductions.

Her forever home will need to understand the needs of her coat, as she is a thick-coated breed that needs brushing and grooming! Alice loves attention so having her coat brushed is as easy as pie.

Alice was diagnosed with a significant heart murmur, this means that any potential adopter will need to be prepared to bring her in for biannual check ups to ensure nothing is changing with that murmur! She is a very sweet girl though and is happy to let the vets do everything that is necessary!

The heart murmur does not stop sweet Alice from enjoying everything life has to offer, she is happy to go on walks, eat every snack she can, and spend the day cuddling on the couch! She is also not currently prescribed any medications for this condition as the vet currently does not think it is necessary!
