Meet Diesel – Adoption Pending
Meet our gentle giant, Diesel!
Diesel is an energetic and happy dog who has stolen the hearts of all the staff and volunteers at the shelter. He loves a good belly scratch, a game of tug of war or fetch, and a snuggly snooze in the afternoons.
When Diesel first came into care, he was very nervous and afraid. Thanks to our amazing volunteers and staff, Diesel has made a turn for the best! He wags his tail when he meets new people and brings his toys to anyone who wants to make friends. He is still practicing being cool and calm when meeting other dogs, but with a confident guardian and positive reinforcement, Diesel can show you just how smart and playful he is!
Diesel knows how to sit, shake a paw, lay down, and wait like a good boy. He loves snacks of all kinds, which has helped us with training and confidence building in this busy world.
This gentle giant has lots of love to give and is ready to show his new paw-rents just how lucky they are to have a big snuggle bug in the family!
Thank you for your interest in adopting! Do you think you could be Diesel’s person?
