Together, Riley and his sister Maggie are a whole lot of dog!
Riley has a big personalty to go with his size. He has a lot of energy and requires a home that will be able to give him the exercise he desperately needs. Riley is very overweight and that will impact his overall health. While in our care he has slimmed down some but he still has a long way to go. Riley loves to eat so his diet will need to be monitored closely. He also has a tendency to run and jump without thinking and doesn’t always know his own strength.
These two labs are a handful but they have a lot of love to give the right person. They don’t show aggression towards other dogs but often do not know how to behave politely which can upset other dogs.
Both Riley and Maggie can be tough to walk at the same time. Some training is definitely needed for these two love bugs.

A behavior counseling session with our Adoption Staff is necessary before adopting any animal to help ensure success in the new home.
