Meet Whitney

Add to favourites

Miss Whitney is a great kitty looking for a special home! Whitney has been diagnosed with a mild case of Cerebellar Hypoplasia, it essentially affects her balance. The veterinarian feel as if she is doing well and it is very mild, but has the potential to progress as she gets old. In shelter, we haven’t noticed much other than a slight sway. She will need a home that is comfortable if her signs become worse, in keeping her happy, healthy, and safe. Whitney is a bit shy, but loves to play! You’ll often find her running around the cat room playing with toys and afterwards sleeping soundly on her cat tree. Whitney will need to be kept strictly INDOORS her whole life to keep her safe. Her family must be willing and able to adapt to what will make her thrive! She is full of love and ready to be swept off her paws and into her furever home.

Please note that Whitney is not yet spayed and is looking for a local foster to adopt home that can help her settle in and be flexible to bring her back for her spay date.
