Meet Panda

Add to favourites

#551593 ‘Panda’ found himself homeless on the streets of Burnaby. Upon arriving in to our care. he was quite nervous meeting new people and very fearful walking through doorways. In a short time, Panda has become familiar with the staff and volunteers. He’s friendly yet a highly excitable young man. He could do with a refresher course in basic manners and any training must be positive. He still is not comfortable walking through doorways and this will need work on. His owners will be required to have plenty of patience and time to build up his confidence. Panda loves playing with the water from a hose and has such fun!
We recommend his home be an adult only on the quieter side. He enjoys walking on a leash and gets very excited when it’s time to be walked. Once settled in to his home, Panda will make a wonderful companion dog. No kitties in the home for Panda, he has shown high prey drive in his play.
