Meet Ethel

Add to favourites

There are so many great things to say about Ethel! First, she is by far the kindest and most loving girl out of the bunch. When she greets you, she will instantly rollover to present her belly. She is all for those belly rubs! Ethel can be very submissive at times, and because of this she will occasionally urinate when greeting you or anyone new – introducing Ethel to new situations that are set up to make her succeed will be very important for her development. Ethel has been introduced goats, sheep, cats, and dogs since being in the foster’s care. She has also been introduced to stairs; obstacle course made out of hay bales, different ground textures, such as, tarps, tunnels, and straw; where they have learned this is where the bathroom is. Ethel, along with her siblings, have been introduced to a variety of different sounds, including, train, dirt bikes, and live stock animals. Ethel is AMAZING with children and enjoys ALL the love and cuddles that come along with them. On several occasions Ethel has been catch sleeping in the arms of a child, it’s the sweetest thing to see.

These puppies came into care as when they were even more wee then they are now! They have been with their mommies in foster care, where they have weaned and have begun the socialization process. Socialization is key for puppies! As these friends head off onto their own homes and adventures, we’re looking for guardians who are dedicated to starting them on the right track. We’re looking for guardians who will give them the socialization, exercise, house training, and positive reinforcement training that they need. Puppies are a lot of work! They sure are cute, but they come with commitment and dedication that we want to make sure their new guardians are comfortable with. If you are interested in adopting a puppy – please submit an application today!

Please keep in mind – we may be experiencing high volumes of applications. We will be selecting guardians on a first come, first serve basis from the applications that are a good fit.

In order to protect the health of our staff, volunteers and members of the public during the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve made changes to our adoption process.
