Meet Elderberry

Meet the gorgeous Elderberry!

This sweet bunny came into the SPCA as her owner could no longer care for her. She also came in with her six little babies, all of who are now looking for their forever home. This rabbit family has spent time in foster, getting comfortable with human interaction and affection. From time spent in foster, we know mama is a very sweet rabbit! She doesn’t show much fear but she does like to be gently picked up and cradled properly otherwise she might get a bit squirmy. She is overall quite mellow and well adapted. Mama is relatively young herself, and will require lots of pets and cuddles. If you know you can provide this sweet mama the best home, please fill out an application through the SPCA website.

*Please note: rabbits love to have lots of space to roam. Please see the the BC SPCA rabbit care guide for a suitable set up: https://spca.bc.ca/wp-content/uploads/rabbit-care-guide.pdf
