Meet Lodi!

This special boy came to us as a semi-feral cat suffering from a severe blood infection. Now Lodi is well on his way to being a healthy social boy! Lodi is still getting the hang of socializing with people and will give a swat when uncomfortable, so his new guardian must be tolerant of this. Lodi will head butt your hands when he wants pets and will rub up against you to show how happy he is while purring like a motor. In fact, Lodi has such a loud purr, you can hear him from across the room!

Lodi’s future guardian must be patient and respectful of Lodi’s boundaries. He can be won over with temptations and wet cat food (fancy feast is his favourite!) in no time. Lodi is litter trained and has not had any accidents in shelter. We would like to see Lodi go into an adult only home given his discomfort around excessive handling. Lodi would benefit from a cat savvy guardian who is familiar with cat body language.
