Meet Nike

Meet adorable Nike!

Nike is looking for a dog savvy home who can help her learn about the world and all the new experiences it has to offer.

She loves to cuddle, snuggle and get tummy rubs; if you stop before she’s had enough, she’ll be sure to gently paw you for more! While she does enjoy being active, she’s also completely happy to relax with you and have some down time. She is a big fan of treats and learns very quickly! She is mostly house trained and will opt to go outside for bathroom breaks if the option is available to her.

Nike’s world is now full of new experiences, and she is learning all about new sights, sounds and places – just like a puppy, but in an adult body!
She will need a patient and kind guardian who is ready to help her learn all about her new world in a positive and encouraging way – hiring an Animalkind trainer would be recommended to assist in building Nike’s confidence. She can be very shy of new people, and it may take her a couple of visits with a new person to feel comfortable – but once she’s warmed up to you, all she wants is love!
She enjoys toys and blankets, sometimes a little too much and will chew them. She will need supervision in her future home around these items until she settles in. She can get very playful and silly and loves to bark at and throw her metal bowls for fun!

Nike has lived with other dogs and would likely do well with another calm, easy going doggy friend. No small animals or livestock for this girl,as she finds them way too interesting!
