Meet J Boy
Please note due to the current COVID-19 pandemic our adoption process has changed. Please visit our website https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/how-to-adopt/ for more information. All adoptions are by appointment only once we have received an application.
***Due to the high number of applications we receive for our animals, we will only be contacting potential adopters to further review their application***
J Boy has a quirky personality and enjoys playing, but is just as happy to curl up for an afternoon nap. J Boy will become an affectionate boy once he settles into a new household and could do well with children. He loves to give head bops and has the best elevator bum. J Boy is used to being an indoor/outdoor cat with supervised outdoor time, he became stressed out when he was transitioned to indoor-only. J Boy will need a home with access to a catio or secure yard. J Boy is very particular about his litter box – it must be a BIG litter box with clumping litter.
JBoy will require regular lion cut grooming appointments as his long hair get tangled quite quickly. J Boy cannot go to a home with any cats, we are unsure what he would be like with dogs, but it would be best if he were the only animal in the home. If you think you are prepared to spoil this boy, give him supervised outside time and regular brushing/grooming sessions, then please submit an online application to the BC SPCA Burnaby Branch!
