Say hello to the cutest little chocolate bunny, Maverick. This wild child has all the energy in the world and can frequently be caught doing binkies and zoomies all around his home from morning to night. While he is the master of FUN!, he will still need some more work on his socialization skills. He spent the first 6 months of his life confined to a very small cage, advertised for rabbits, but better suited for hamsters. Now that he has had a taste of freedom and the spacious lifestyle that exists in an x-pen, he doesn’t want to go back! Maverick would love a home where free-roaming, outdoor time, and enrichment are all provided. In foster, Maverick has been working very hard on his litter training and socialization and has made immense progress. Bunnies typically enjoy the company of another floppy eared friend, however, Maverick has decided that he thinks humans are way cooler and would like all of the attention to be on him. If he sounds like the bun for you, submit an application to adopt him today!
In order to protect the health of our staff, volunteers and members of the public during the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve made changes to our adoption process.
1. Submit an application: spca.bc.ca/adoption/application-forms/
2. Staff will contact you to set-up an appointment to come in for a visit!
