Meet Bessie

Add to favourites

Isn’t Bessie the most gorgeous senior lady you’ve ever set eyes on?! She’s just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside and a firm favorite here at the shelter. Bessie came to us as a raggedy stray; sickly, skinny and matted. She has had quite the glow-up and can’t wait to find her forever home!

Bessie is vocal and affectionate, and adores her daily grooming session and receiving lots of cuddles. She enjoys sunbathing on a sofa in her catio and chatting to passers by.

She has been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and will require ongoing medication to manage this, but the good news is that she’s very cooperative with taking her medication and will do almost anything for some wet food or treats.

If you can provide beautiful Bessie with her happily ever after, submit an online application today!
