Meet Ham Sammy @Emily’s

Add to favourites

Meet HamSammy, a brown tabby who came into SPCA care after her owner died, leaving her and her two cat mates alone for a week before they were rescued by CID in the East Kootenay. HamSammy was transferred to the Nelson Branch and is now in foster care with her siblings. She is the least fearful of the three cats but may need some time to relax. If you are interested in meeting HamSammy, please see below.

In order to protect the health of our staff, volunteers and members of the public during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are prioritizing local applications and have made changes to our adoption process.

1. View animal’s profile at spca.bc.ca
2. Submit an application at spca.bc.ca/adoption/application-forms/ or call the shelter at 250-352-7178.
3. If it’s a match, staff will contact you to set-up an appointment for a meet and greet with HamSammy.
***Because we often receive many applications for an animal, we will be unable to respond to all applications.
