This young mare has been coming along nicely since coming into care at the end of September, 2020. She halters and leads, ties and grooms, and allows her feet to be handled. She lunges well in both directions with and without a saddle on at the walk/trot and her canter is beginning to develop well. She has elegant movement, big trot and canter. She has become more comfortable with her face and mouth being touched and is beginning to wear a bridle too. She is gaining confidence every day! Her breeding is unknown but she looks like she may be a quarter horse mix. An assessment under saddle has not yet been done. Keep checking back for updates!
