Hi, I’m Twiggy. 💁‍♀️🐾

Now that my kittens have graduated from the prestigious School of Being Adorable, it’s finally my turn to find a family!

For the last couple of months, I’ve been busy raising a litter of tiny troublemakers and teaching them all the important feline life skills: how to be cute, how to demand snacks, how to chase imaginary bugs at 3 a.m., and of course, how to wrap humans around their little paws. It was exhausting work, but somebody had to do it.

Now that my babies are off starting their own adventures, I’ve returned to the BC SPCA Animal Centre with one goal: finding a loving home all for myself.

I’m a sweet, social tabby girl with plenty to say. In fact, I consider myself quite the conversationalist. Whether I’m telling you about my day, discussing the latest neighbourhood gossip, or reminding you that my food dish is dangerously close to half-empty, I’m always happy to chat. If you’ve ever wished for a cat that comes with her own running commentary, congratulations, you’ve found me.

I love attention, enjoy spending time with my people, and I’m ready to trade motherhood for a life of cuddles, cozy naps, and being treated like the queen I’ve clearly earned the right to be.

So, if you’re looking for a friendly feline with a big heart, a sweet personality, and lots of stories to tell, come meet me. I’ve spent my whole life taking care of everyone else.

Before anyone asks, “Can’t they take better pictures of this cat?”

The answer is: we tried. Repeatedly.

Twiggy is so incredibly social that the moment you crouch down to snap a photo, she immediately marches over to say hello, demand pets, and tell you an important story. Most of our photo sessions consisted of blurry tabby stripes, whiskers, and extreme close-ups of her face.

If you’re looking for a cat who wants nothing more than to be near her people, Twiggy is your girl. The challenge wasn’t getting her picture taken… it was convincing her to stand more than six inches away from the photographer! 📸💕🐾
