Meet Luna, a sweet senior Chihuahua looking for a patient and understanding home through our Foster-to-Adopt program.

Luna can be a little shy when meeting new people, but don’t let her timid nature fool you. With a little time, patience, and a few lap cuddles, she quickly warms up and shows just how affectionate and loving she can be. Once she trusts you, Luna enjoys spending her time close to her favourite people, soaking up attention and companionship.

Luna has lived with other dogs in the past, but at this stage in her life, she would thrive in a calm, quiet home where she can relax and feel secure. She may do well as the only dog in the home, or with another gentle, low-key canine companion who shares her shy and easygoing nature.

As Luna is part of our Foster-to-Adopt program, her adopter must be committed to travelling to Vancouver for her ongoing veterinary appointments and care. Our adoption team can provide more information about these requirements.
