Meet Earl Grey

Add to favourites

Do you like the comfort of a warm cup of tea as the cold months approach? Earl Grey may just be the one for you!

This handsome grey gentleman was found alone, wandering the streets and seemingly quite scared of humans at first. As a stray, we don’t know much about Earl Grey’s previous life but it was likely a difficult experience for such a sensitive soul. It has taken him some time to relax and trust in the shelter environment but Earl Grey has really started to open up and show he has lots of love to share in the right home. Lately he has been letting out his adorable, tiny squeaks and racing to the door for attention now that he knows he is safe and cared for. He can still be shy meeting new people and may retreat initially but all he needs is some patience, time and understanding to come out of his shell. He’s ready to leave the streets behind and be spoiled as a happy and safe indoor cat.

Earl Grey is an extremely sweet and gentle boy who would do best in a very quiet home with no small children. He may get along with another friendly, playful cat or kitten to keep him company but may be fearful of dogs. He can be selective of which cats he likes though, so proper, slow introductions will be very important.

If you are interested in adding a furry family member and think Earl Grey is the right fit, please apply online at the link below or in person at the Kamloops BCSPCA.
