Meet Spice:
Spice is a 3 Month Old male kitten with a remarkable rescue story.
Spice was found hiding in the engine of a car with his siblings! If there is anything these siblings have proven, its that no matter how rough your start may seem – love, treats, and playtime are sure to make everything better!
Spice is quite a nervous boy, and is still learning to trust anyone who comes to visit. He was quickly try to escape any contact with humans.
BUT! As soon as you bring tube treats he is right at your hand licking off the tube treat and even off of fingers! He is making huge progress!! Once he learns that he is safe, he is going to be an affectionate boy!
He will need time to adjust in his new home more than others. With patience and love that wont take too long!
Spice will need a family who is able to take him to his Neuter appointment, coming up soon! Once that is complete he will then be fully ready for adoption!
Walk-ins are prioritized.
We are open Tuesday – Saturday 12 pm -4 pm (except for Stat Holidays).

Kelowna Adoption Fees
*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
