Meet Sumi! This handsome gentleman came into the SPCA as a stray possibly left behind when his previous owners moved away. He was a bit thin and dirty when found but is loving being spoiled with yummy food and attention. He’ll soon be sleek and shiny.
Sumi seems to be a pretty sweet and loving cat who is fairly outgoing once he adjusts to his new environment. He may be a bit anxious at first but loves getting reassuring pets and will happily get all the attention he can get. Sumi seems like he would be a match for most any home and would possibly be fine with other animals or older children who are cat savvy with proper, slow introductions. He was found with another cat and may do well with a feline friend (or if interested in adopting 2 cats check out his friend Yami). Once settled we’re sure this boys sweet and playful personality will come out. He can be very happy chilling out in comfy spots for cat naps as well and would enjoy time cuddled up with you. Sumi is a wonderful and loving boy who will make a great companion. Could he be the cat for you?
**SUMI ISN’T QUITE READY TO OFFICIALLY BE ADOPTED AS HE JUST HAD A DENTAL SURGERY AFTER BEING FOUND TO HAVE SOME BROKEN TEETH. LOCAL ADOPTERS MAY HAVE THE OPTION TO FOSTER TO ADOPT WHILE HE FINISHES HIS DENTAL TREATMENT. Ask SPCA staff for more info.
