Meet Zinc, a gentle adult boy with a heart of gold. 💚

Zinc came from a property with many cats and is now hoping for a quiet, loving home where he can finally feel safe and settled. He is a very shy boy, so his new family will need to give him the time and patience he deserves as he decompresses and adjusts to his new surroundings.

Zinc may not be the first cat to run up and greet you, but there is a beautiful, gentle soul underneath that shyness. With patience, kindness, and plenty of love, he can begin to build trust at his own pace. Watching a shy cat slowly come out of their shell can be incredibly rewarding, and Zinc deserves someone willing to give him that chance. 🐾

Zinc has a history of URI (upper respiratory infection) in the past, but what he needs most now is a calm environment, understanding, and a person who will love him just as he is. He should go to a home with another cat that has had URI before, or be the only cat.

Zinc is looking for a strictly indoor-only home where he can decompress, feel secure, and discover that he is finally safe. He has a heart of gold – he just needs someone patient enough to see it. 💚
