Meet Lila!

Lila is a sweet and spirited girl searching for her forever home. Full of zest for life, she is looking for someone who can match her enthusiasm and enjoy all the adventures that lie ahead.

This smart pup has already made great progress with her basic commands and is eager to keep learning. Lila is incredibly treat-motivated, making training both fun and rewarding. She would thrive with an adopter who is committed to continuing her education and helping her become the very best version of herself.

Lila is still working on her leash manners and will need a patient adopter who is prepared to provide guidance and consistency as she builds her confidence and skills on walks.

Lila is currently showing high frustration towards other dogs in our care, so we are looking for a home with no other animals or children in it. Her furever home will need to work on her socialization skills outside of the home to make her more confident around other dogs.

Lila is currently awaiting veterinary clearance regarding a possible amputation and is seeking a Foster-to-Adopt home. This placement would allow her to be cared for in a loving home environment while awaiting treatment and, if needed, recovering from surgery in the comfort of a familiar space.

Visit Lila at our West Vancouver location. Adoption hours are 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. While online applications are welcome, in-person meetings are prioritized so you can experience Lila’s charm for yourself. ❤️🐾
