Meet Marcia & Jan!

Marcia and Jan are an adorable bonded sister duo looking for a patient, understanding family who will give them the time they need to blossom. While they’re still learning that people can be trusted, each day brings a little more confidence, and watching them come out of their shells is incredibly rewarding.

Marcia is the brave explorer of the pair. She’s playful, curious, and is often the first to greet you with her tail held high before deciding a quick retreat is the safest option. Once she feels comfortable, she enjoys gentle pets and will even tolerate being held for short periods. Her confident nature helps encourage Jan, making them the perfect match.

Jan is the quieter, more cautious sister, but she’s full of curiosity. She never wants to miss out when Marcia is getting attention and is always watching from just out of reach. She has an impressively loud purr, loves to play with your fingers, and has started offering sweet nose boops. While she’s still building her confidence with handling, she’s making steady progress and takes comfort in having Marcia by her side.

Like many shy kittens, both girls can be startled by sudden noises or unfamiliar situations and will need a calm home where they can settle in at their own pace. Once they feel safe, they’re becoming braver every day and are sure to continue thriving with a patient adopter who lets them move at their own speed.
