Hi friends, my name is Cindy.

Truthfully, I don’t think I had a name before. Life was mostly about survival. When I was found, I was alone with my four kittens, doing everything I could to keep them safe, fed, and protected. It wasn’t always easy, but they were my whole world.

Thankfully, a kind person noticed us and brought us to safety. My babies are now growing up in foster care, and for the first time in a long time, I can focus on being cared for too.

I’m still learning that people can be gentle and trustworthy. Every day, I grow a little braver, and every day I discover something new about being loved. Underneath my uncertainty is a sweet, affectionate girl who truly wants a chance to belong.

I may not have had the best start in life, but I haven’t let that take away my kind heart. I dream of a home where I can finally relax, curl up in a cozy spot, and know that I’m safe forever.
