Meet Rizzo:

Rizzo is a sweet, enthusiastic girl who is always ready for her next adventure! She loves spending time with her people and is eager to learn, making her an excellent candidate for positive reinforcement training. On walks, Rizzo enjoys taking plenty of time to explore and sniff her surroundings, but she walks nicely on leash and isn’t a strong puller. This makes her a great companion for a variety of adopters, including older children and adults.

Rizzo has a playful, energetic personality and absolutely loves playing fetch with her favourite balls. Because she gets very excited during play, adopters should provide appropriate toys and be mindful of keeping play sessions safe and structured. She is best suited to games that allow her energy and enthusiasm to shine, while tug toys are best reserved for independent play.

Rizzo will thrive in a home that can provide plenty of enrichment, exercise, and ongoing training opportunities. Continued work with an AnimalKind trainer would help her build on her skills and set her up for success. With guidance, consistency, and lots of love, Rizzo has all the potential to become a wonderful and devoted companion. ❤️🐾

We are open to walk in’s Tuesday – Saturday 12 pm -4 pm (except for Stat Holidays).
