Roamer

Roamer is a young, happy-go-lucky Pit Bull mix who lives up to his name. Found wandering a campground with his best friend Maple, this handsome boy is now ready to trade the great outdoors for a loving forever home.

Roamer is full of enthusiasm for life and brings energy wherever he goes. He loves people, enjoys playing, and approaches the world with boundless excitement. Because of this, he will need an owner who is patient, committed, and comfortable working with a dog that appears to have had little to no formal training. Basic manners, leash skills, and impulse control will all be important areas for his future family to work on.

Despite his exuberance, Roamer is an incredibly sweet dog. He has shown no signs of aggression and seems to genuinely enjoy the company of other dogs. In fact, he is especially attached to Maple, and the two appear to be strongly bonded. They become distressed when separated and are happiest when together, so a home willing to welcome both dogs would be ideal.

Roamer may have a sensitivity or allergy to chicken, so his future family should be prepared to choose his food carefully and monitor his diet accordingly.
