Meet Cora! 🐾

Cora is a beautiful 2-year-old Cane Corso/Pittie mix with a heart as big as her smile. She’s an incredibly sweet girl who loves her people and is always ready for the next adventure. Whether it’s hiking, exploring new places, playing fetch, or simply spending quality time with her family, Cora is happiest when she’s included.

She’s an active, intelligent dog who loves to learn and work alongside her humans. Cora has been making fantastic progress with her loose-leash walking and enjoys her Animal Kind Positive Reinforcement training sessions. She loves activities that keeps her mind engaged and body busy. All these things will strengthen her bond with her people.

Cora has done well around other dogs and especially enjoys canine friends who can match her playful energy but also know how to relax when it’s time to settle down. She’s also been wonderful with older children who understand how to respectfully interact with a larger, energetic dog.

Cora is looking for a family that will embrace her adventurous spirit, provide plenty of mental and physical enrichment, and continue showing her just how fun and fulfilling life can be. In return, she’ll reward you with endless love, loyalty, and companionship.

Cora is currently awaiting surgery to fix a cherry eye, so she’s looking for a local foster-to-adopt home where she can recover comfortably before officially starting the next chapter of her life.
