Meet Jane 💖

Some dogs leave paw prints on your heart the moment you meet them, and Jane is one of those special souls.

At approximately 10 years old, this sweet senior Pit Bull mix has endured more than any dog ever should. Despite life’s challenges, Jane continues to greet the world with a gentle heart, a loving nature, and a quiet hope that her perfect family is still out there waiting for her.

Jane is currently relaxing in foster care while recovering from a procedure to remove a lump from her side. Thankfully, the surgery went very well, and she has been a wonderful patient. Unfortunately, due to the type of growth that was removed, there is a possibility it could return in the future. Because of this, we’re hoping to find a truly special adopter-someone who will cherish Jane for the incredible dog she is and be committed to supporting her future medical needs should they arise.

Now, every queen deserves to be treated like royalty, and Jane is no exception! She has refined tastes and absolutely knows what she likes when it comes to food and treats. Let’s just say she’s earned the right to be a little selective after everything she’s been through.

What Jane loves most, however, is people. She is affectionate, gentle, and happiest when she’s close to those she trusts. Her warm eyes and sweet personality make it impossible not to fall in love with her.

Jane may be entering her golden years, but she still has so much love left to give. What she needs now is a comfortable bed, a caring family, delicious treats worthy of her royal standards, and a home where she can finally feel safe and adored for the rest of her days.
