Meet Allen

Add to favourites

Allen is a very handsome fellow with a big personality. He enjoys spending his time watching the world go by and keeping an eye on everything happening outdoors. Allen can be a quite reserved when meeting new people and prefers to build trust at his own pace. If he’s feeling uncertain, he’ll let you know with a hiss, but his love of treats makes him much easier to befriend!

Allen is looking for a patient adopter who will give him the time and space he needs to settle in and feel comfortable. Once you’ve earned his trust, you’ll have a loyal companion who’s as charming as he is good-looking.

To help set him up for success, Allen will require two meet-and-greets before adoption.

For adoption applications:

1. Submit an online application and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit. Kindly note that due to the high number of applications, we will only be contacting suitable potential adopters to further review their interest.

2. If you are a successful applicant, we will coordinate with you and Allen’s foster family to arrange for a meet and greet at the Surrey BC SPCA centre, located at 16748 50 Ave.

If you are invited to meet an animal, please come prepared with a cat carrier as we do same-day adoptions if the meet goes well. We recommend being prepared with a litter box, litter, food and water dishes, and toys before bringing your new family member home.
