Meet Loofah!

At just 8 months old, Loofah is a goofy, lovable mixed-breed girl with long legs, a big personality, and an even bigger heart. Like many growing puppies, she’s still figuring out how her lanky body works and doesn’t always realize just how much space she takes up! Because of her enthusiastic nature and occasional lack of spatial awareness, she’d be best suited to a home with older kids instead of toddlers.

Loofah is very interested in other dogs and has the potential to make some wonderful canine friends. She would do well with positive, slow introductions to friendly dog-savvy dogs. Loofah has not yet been tested with cats, so we are unsure how she would react to feline friends.

As a young pup, Loofah is still working on her potty training and will need a patient, consistent adopter to help her continue learning. She’s eager to please and will thrive with routine, encouragement, and plenty of positive reinforcement.

Loofah also prefers not to be left alone for long periods. She would do best with someone who spends most of their time with their canine companion or who is committed to gradually helping her build confidence when home alone by providing a safe, comfortable space to practice.
