This sweet girl is ready to sweep you off your feet with her fun and playful personality. She’s a young girl with bounds of energy and silly antics. She would thrive in a home that’s ready to welcome an active furry friend.

It is important to note that miss Honey likes to protect her meals, snacks, and various belongings. She has a history of resource guarding and will need strict ongoing management. Due to this, she will not be suitable for a household with kids or other animals. A household with resource guarding knowledge is a must. Due to this behaviour and her history, she would not be a suitable match for first-time dog owners.

A conversation with our behaviour team about Honey will be required prior to taking this sweetie home. Additionally, free training support will be offered once adopted. ❤️

Do you think you could be Honey’s person? Here are some ways to find out:

1.) Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.

2.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during our adoption viewing hours. Our visiting hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12-5pm
Thursday, Public Holidays: closed
Saturday, Sunday: 12-5pm
