Meet Carl
Carl is a sweet and affectionate boy who enjoys gentle pets and attention from the people he trusts. Carl can be extremely shy, especially when meeting new people or adjusting to a new environment. He will need a patient adopter who understands that building trust takes time and is willing to let him settle in at his own pace. With kindness and consistency, Carl is sure to become a wonderful companion.

When Carl arrived in our care, he was suffering from severe matting in his coat. His matting has since been addressed, and he is feeling much more comfortable. To keep him healthy and happy, his future family must be committed to regular grooming and coat maintenance to prevent matting from developing again.

Carl is looking for a calm, understanding home where he can continue to build confidence and enjoy the love and care he deserves.

1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during our adoption viewing hours. Our visiting hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12-5pm
Thursday, Public Holidays: Closed
Saturday, Sunday: 12-5pm

2.) Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available
