Meet Frankie,

Frankie is an oversized cuddle bug with the sweetest, goofiest personality. She has a special talent for making staff and volunteers laugh, even on the toughest days. Despite her impressive size, Frankie is truly just a big baby at heart.

She is the definition of a velcro dog and loves nothing more than being close to her people. Her favourite pastime is sprawling out in the grass while her human friends shower her with belly rubs. Affection is her love language, and she’s never met a person she didn’t want to be friends with.

Frankie is adored by everyone she meets, and it’s easy to see why. Her gentle nature, silly antics, and endless capacity for love make her a truly special girl.

Frankie will need surgery to correct her cherry eye and is still awaiting her spay. Her future family should be prepared to continue supporting her through these routine medical needs.

Dog Pre-Adoption Questionnaire

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting.

Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors.

Note that we receive a high volume of adoption inquiries each day, and may not be able to follow-up with every applicant.
