Meet Dolly
Kittens & cats are in high demand, this centre operates on a first come, first considered basis. Online apps are not considered beforehand.
Dolly is a gentle, soft-hearted girl who is looking for a calm and understanding home to call her own. This lovely lady is on the shy side and can be easily overwhelmed in new environments, so she’ll need a patient guardian who is willing to give her the time and space she needs to truly come out of her shell.
While Dolly may not be the type to seek attention right away, with kindness and consistency she has the potential to blossom into a devoted companion. She prefers a quiet home where she can feel safe and build trust at her own pace. Watching her slowly gain confidence and share her sweet personality is incredibly rewarding for those willing to invest the time.
She is booked for her spay surgery in Port Coquitlam Wednesday, May 6th so her new family will be picking her up as a Foster-To-Adopt, which means she can start settling into her forever home while we arrange her veterinary care. Once her spay surgery is complete the adoption will be finalized. In the meantime, she will need to return to the TriCities shelter for regular check ups.
If Dolly sounds like the purr-fect addition to your home:
1. Come visit during adoption hours (1-4pm Fri-Tues)
2. Speak with one of our adoption counsellors to determine if it’s a good match
3. We’ll review instructions then you’ll be able to take your new feline friend home!
