Meet Anelli! Anelli is a 12 week old Cane Corso mix, searching for her forever home!

Anelliis a lively and energetic pup with a softer side who is always ready for an adventure! With a playful spirit and boundless enthusiasm, Anelli is the perfect companion for an active family looking to add a burst of joy and excitement to their lives. Anelli can be shy at first, but with treats, love, and the promise of a good play session, she is not hard to win over. Whether she is playing or cuddling up, she is eager to be with her people.

Anelli is at the age where training and routine are critical, so she needs the consistency, patience and love of her new guardian to show her the ways of developing into a mature and fulfilled adult dog. Adopters are encouraged to attend puppy obedience classes, but the basics are a must – leash training, socializing with people and other dogs, and, of course, house training.

Anelli won’t be a puppy forever, and as she grows, there are some important things to keep in mind about her breed. Anelli is presumed to be a Cane Corso mix, however we cannot guarantee this is 100% accurate without a DNA test. Cane Corsos are large, powerful, exceptionally loyal dogs who bond deeply with their people. Originally bred as Italian farm dogs, their breed characteristics can make them naturally weary of strangers, so any potential adopters should be prepared to work on socialization to ensure that she flourishes into the well-rounded adult dog she is meant to be!

Any puppy requires ample exercise, enrichment, and mental stimulation to be their happiest selves. Cane Corsos are a working breed, they happiest when they have a function to perform and a comfy bed to snuggle up on afterwards. Regular exercise is important both physically and mentally, and doing activities together strengthens the bond between dog and owner.
