Meet Nugget!

This lovely 2-year-old lady is full of personality and charm. Nugget is a confident rabbit who knows what she likes and isn’t afraid to show a little sass when she’s feeling opinionated. Like many rabbits, she appreciates having her space respected and prefers to build trust on her own terms.

Because of her strong personality, Nugget would do best with a rabbit-savvy adopter who understands rabbit body language and can give her the patience and gentle guidance she needs to thrive. In the right home, she will reward her people with curious antics, adorable hops, and the unique companionship that rabbits are so well known for.

Nugget is hoping for a calm, understanding home where she can feel safe, be herself, and continue to blossom. If you have experience with rabbits and are looking for a spirited companion with tons of character, she just might be your perfect match.

Do you think you could be Nuggets person? Here are some ways to find out:

1)Visit our centre to meet this pet during adoption viewings Friday to Wednesday noon to 3pm, learn more about their ideal match, and apply to adopt in person; or

2)Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.
