Meet Luna!

Luna is an inquisitive and friendly cat. She does well when being introduced to new people but new environments make her quite cautious. She is on the larger side and will need to be on a diet plan long term to get her down to a healthier weight. Her larger size in combination with her medium length coat means she will need to be regularly groomed especially her lower end which she struggles to reach while she slowly returns to a healthy weight.

Keep your new family member safe and keep them inside! Consider investing in a catio or “cat-proofing” your balcony/deck. Leash-training, or letting your cat tag along in a pet backpack, are other safe options for outdoor-loving felines.

Cat Pre-Adoption Questionnaire

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting.

Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors. Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Phone inquires and emails regarding the status of your application cannot always be prioritized.
