Meet Bailey
Meet Bailey, the sweetest and friendliest cat, who came to the SPCA as a stray possibly abandoned in a rural area. She loves attention and pets, plus will happily curl up and cuddle with you all night. We’re not sure if she’s lived with other animals or children before, so slow introductions would be important. She seems like she would get along well with anyone she meets. She would do best in a loving home with people who are ready to play or cuddle at the drop of a pin and are willing to give her all the love and chin scratches she demands (and she will). Bailey seems like she would be a great match for most any home and a wonderful companion.
When she came into the SPCA it was noted that Bailey’s mouth was swollen and painful looking. It turns out she was suffering from granulomas that seemed to be caused by allergies. She has been undergoing treatment for the granulomas and is currently on medication. She also has been switched to a hypoallergenic diet which she will need to be on for life. Adopters will need to be prepared to manage her allergies with the proper diet. Ask staff for more information.
