Introducing Mia!

Mia has a heart as big as her expressive eyes. She came into our care after the passing of her loving senior mom, and while she’s adjusting well, it’s clear she’s ready to pour her affection into a new forever home.

Mia absolutely adores people. Whether she’s following you from room to room or snuggling up for a cozy nap, she thrives on human connection. Her gentle, loving nature makes her a perfect companion for someone looking for a loyal, devoted friend.

Because she was so closely bonded to her previous person, Mia may experience some separation anxiety when left alone. She’s doing her best to adapt, but she’d be happiest in a home where someone is around most of the time, or with a family who understands her need for reassurance and routine.

Mia is currently carrying a few extra pounds and will benefit from a healthy diet and regular, gentle exercise to help her feel her best. A few daily walks and some low-impact playtime will go a long way toward getting her back into tip-top shape-and she’d love to have a walking buddy by her side.

She’s well-mannered in the house, past the puppy chaos, and simply wants to be where the love is. Mia would thrive in a calm, stable home where she can continue to be the center of someone’s world-just like she was before.
