🌹 Meet Rosie – The Outdoorsy Sweetheart with a Smile You’ll Never Forget! 🌹

Rosie is a lovely ~8-year-old Malinois Shepherd mix who found her way to us after being discovered wandering near Cultus Lake. And while we don’t know much about her past, one thing’s for sure – she’s making up for lost time with charm, grace, and plenty of tail wags!

In her short time at the center, Rosie has been an absolute star. She’s incredibly well-mannered, and while she might pull a bit on leash at first (she’s just excited to explore!), she responds beautifully when asked to heel. Off-leash? She’s a dream – attentive, adventurous, and always ready for her next game of fetch.

Rosie LOVES to play – especially with sticks (and, okay, possibly rocks… we’re gently reminding her that teeth are a limited resource). Speaking of which, she’ll be heading to the vet soon for a full check-up, including some attention to a few little bumps and a dental exam. We also believe she needs to be spayed.

She seems to get along well with other dogs and has a calm, easygoing energy that makes her a joy to be around. Whether it’s hiking the trails or curling up for a post-adventure cuddle, Rosie is the perfect companion for someone who loves both fresh air and cozy moments.
