Meet Coconut
Introducing Sir Coconut! This cutie has started to come out of his shell in care and show off his social side. He loves being pet, and if you’re lucky, he’ll even gift you with a gentle boop on the nose. Wand toys and scratching posts are favorites of his and he likes to show off his agility skills. Coconut is also quite happy having long naps and will occasionally burrow beneath his blankets to have a really cozy snooze. He’s even shown himself to be comfortable with other cats!
For adoption applications:
1. Submit an online application and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit. Kindly note that due to the high number of applications, we will only be contacting suitable potential adopters to further review their interest.

2. Visit the Surrey BC SPCA at 16748 50 Ave, to meet Coconut and learn more about his ideal match and apply to adopt in person.
If you are invited to meet Coconut please come prepared with a cat carrier as we do same-day adoptions if the meet goes well. We recommend being prepared with a litter bin, litter, food and water dishes, and toys before bringing your new family member home.

Surrey Adoption Fees
*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
