Meet Ryah! Ryah is a 5 year old Border Collie searching for her furever home.

With a heart full of hope and a quiet strength waiting to shine, Ryah is ready to move on to her next chapter. She came to us from a breeding situation where she spent most of her life in a crate, with little human interaction. As a result, Ryah is timid, shy, and skittish, and is still learning what it means to feel safe and loved.

Despite her difficult past, Ryah deeply loves people, and is so eager to make new friends once she is comfortable. Her ideal home will be calm, quiet, and filled with patience. Ryah needs someone who will move slowly, speak softly, and understand that trust takes time. She’s easily startled by fast movements and loud noises, and she’s still discovering the world beyond confinement.

But with gentle guidance and consistent love, Ryah has the potential to blossom. She just needs someone to help her experience the life she’s never known, and become the confident, joyful dog she was always meant to be.

*Ryah is available for Foster-To-Adopt, because she is awaiting spay surgery on Aug 8th. Because of this, we are only looking for local applicants who are able to accommodate this.*
