Meet Koda
Meet Koda! She is a 1.5 year old English Mastiff-Rottweiler mix with a smile that could melt a glacier.
This affectionate and loyal girl came to us as a stray, so her past remains a bit of a mystery – but her loving nature shines through. She absolutely adores people, and is always up for some playtime, followed by cuddles.
Koda is a wonderful blend of two powerful breeds: she’s energetic, intelligent, and eager to please. She is an incredibly sweet and loyal girl, just waiting for the right person to give her the home she deserves. She loves to play with toys, romp around in the fields, and go for long walks, sniffing all sorts of new smells.
Koda will thrive with people who can provide her with the mental and physical stimulation she needs to stay happy and healthy. She is working on leash training, and has a tendency to jump up and gently mouth when she is overstimulated, so she will need continued training in this area as well. Koda is dog reactive, and will need a guardian prepared to take on a reactive large breed dog. Koda is not suitable for a home with young children, due to her excitability and size.
**Koda is awaiting spay surgery on August 11th, and is available for Foster-To-Adopt until then.**
If you’re looking for a devoted companion with a big heart and even bigger personality, Koda might just be your perfect match.
