Capone is a friendly and playful pup who is sure to steal your heart! While he can be a little nervous when meeting new people, he warms up quickly with a proper introduction and is soon ready to be your best friend. Once you’ve got a toy in hand, especially a tug toy, Capone is all in! He’s incredibly playful and will happily follow you anywhere if he thinks it means playtime.

Capone has lived with another dog in the past and shows interest in making new canine friends. Like many dogs, he can be reactive when seeing other dogs, so slow and careful introductions are important. He’s still working on his leash manners and tends to pull, so a guardian committed to consistent training will help him thrive.

Because he’s still learning about his size and strength (especially during his zoomie sessions, where he might bounce off his people mid-run), a home without small children would be best.
